Western Australia and Perth
Western Australia is the biggest state of Australia, stretching from the north to the south and from the desert centre to the Indian ocean of the western coast. This is the land of the natural wonders and several climatic zones, which makes it heaven for travellers.
Perth - is the capital of Western Australia and is often called the Australian "pearl", because it is considered to be the most beautiful city of the country. Perth was founded in 1829 as a small town, and now it is the third largest city in Australia. It is the center of the mining industry and the "golden capital" of the country; it is also one of the most important cultural and educational centers. But on the first place Perth is a charming and cosy city, with the perfect balance of nicely preserved old buildings and unusual modern architecture.
